2. Reason for Dissolution of Subsidiary
HOYA PARTICIPACOES BRAZIL LTDA has been established in Brazil as a special purpose company for the purpose of capital participation in a local eyeglasses company. But the special purpose company was merged with the local eyeglasses company, and dissolved.
