All-inorganic Quantum Dot Electroluminescent Devices (Q-EL)

Q-EL is an analog of double-insulated type inorganic electroluminescent device.
Q-EL was successfully developed with a proprietary quantum dot deposition method (LIQUID) for fabricating the luminescent layer.
